Day 24
Another 6 days had passed since I posted the updates of my challenge. This is already day 24 of my 30 days challenge and there are only 6 more days to go.
Things are going well and I don’t see myself quitting on this challenge. Who will even think of quitting when they can see the finishing line in a 25 miles marathon?
Stats
I am weighing 148.06 lbs now. I haven’t lost much weight for this week, only a small difference of 0.74 lbs. Read the rest of

Healthier Lifestyle
So many times I have seen people self destruct and I am guilty of being one myself in the past too. I drank, smoke, slept late and never gave my body adequate rest. I never cared about my body because I felt that I was young, strong and nothing bad will happen to my body but I was wrong and it was a big mistake.
