@Hi Dimatar Nikolov,

Limiting the number of apps in it is a great idea. If we add in youtube plus other news gadgets in it, we will end up wasting more time. Good point noted.

Cheers

Hi Vincent,

That's a nice article for regular Google.com users.

If you ask me, iGoogle is great for productivity and organization with not more than 3 apps on it. Otherwise, each time you load it, you're overloaded with new information, some of witch clutters your thoughts and deconcentrates you.

@Hi Barbara,

Google reader is one of my favorite too. If there isn't Google Reader, I cannot imagine the amount of time I have to spend keeping track of blogs.

@Hi Anca,

Their tools are helpful and another factor is they are free too. Maybe that is one of the factor that made them so popular.

Cheers

My favorite online app for productivity is a lovely combination of Google Reader and Tiny URL - it allows me to quickly scan the relevant new posts and alert my network as needed.
