Kudos, great job and thanks for the articles and updates. I know from past experiences, that if I put my fear of failure behind me and only focus on success I usually hit my goals as planned. I'm glad you shared this with us, that is the way you affirm your goals and stay focused on them. I'm waiting to see what you do next.

@Hi Bonnie,

Do let me know more about your challenge when you start. :)

@Hi Arswino,

Thanks for the wishes :)

@Hi Celes,

I won't be doing the juice feast every morning, instead I will have fresh fruits or juice instead.

Cheers
Vincent

Hey Vincent, congratulations!! 6 lbs loss in just 1 month is a lot - plus the fact that it is actual weight loss and not just water loss. I've been incorporating more raw food/juice into my diet since 2 months ago (also inspired by Steve). Nowadays, my breakfast and lunch are dominated by fruits and fruit&veggie smoothies, and I feel so light and fresh! Likewise for me, the deterring factor about making smoothies/juices is definitely the cleaning up part though - I'm still figuring out a way where I can get past the inertia to do that everyday. Are you planning on continuing the juice feast every morning post the 30-day trial?
