@ Ross - Leading with actions by your body can lead to changes in your state of mind. The mind-body connection shouldn&#039;t be underestimated.

@ Joe - You are right. Im reminded of another quote. &quot;You&#039;re never fully dressed without a smile.&quot; :-)
