Inch by inch we are nearing our goal, and we will reach it if we never give up. This is the pay off for persistence. Nice point, Brian.

Cheers

Vincent, I remember the first time I tried a 10 day challenge, I read about it in one of Anthony Robbins books years ago. It took me about 60 days to complete the challenge but by the time I was done I had trained my self into a routine and behavior that kept delevering the results that I desired. My mantra has always been never, never, never give up. Persistence, I know is the hallmark of success. Keep up the great work.

Never give up, never surrender, never back down.

@Hi Chris,

Thanks for sharing your recipe and I am getting bored with my current recipe. Can't wait to try new ones. :)

@Hi BonnieRose,

Adding garlic to the juice seems interesting. Didn't try that yet. I will add it in to my next juice to try the taste. Thanks for sharing.

@Hey Eric,

Yes! It is really such a pain when clearing it. It will be great if there is such a thing such as one touch cleaning. We will need to wait for a long time for it though ;)

Cheers

It's great to see you keep up with the goal you've set before you. Hang in there!

That's funny that you mention cleaning the juicer. When I used to do a lot of juicing, that was one of the things I always hated doing. It's just such a PAIN! :-) Eric.

Keep up the good work Vincent!

I find it so difficult to stay off starchy foods! I feel best when I avoid wheat, but like my rye bread too much to give it up :)

I prefer non sweet juices, my favourite recipe is:

2 organic carrots, 1/4 of an organic cucumber, 1 organic tomato, 1 clove of garlic, a good pinch of cayenne pepper & some sea salt + some fresh lemon juice & water for consistency.

I like the heat from the garlic & the chilli, the garlic breath may be a bit much afterwards though, but hey, it'll keep away the vampires :D
