Time really flies. I am already a little bit more than halfway through my 30 days challenge. I really think that it is a correct decision to publish my challenge in my blog because whenever I got the tendency to slack off, the thought of my challenge being published in my blog will spur me on because my name is on the line!
There are some bumps during these 18 days. There are so many times when I feel like grabbing that piece of bread from the bakery or drowning myself in that bowl of pasta, so many times that I had lost count. I manage to keep the processed starch at bay for now and sometimes it can be a little challenging for me when I see the amount of bread my mum brought home.
The morning juice isn’t so bad, the only complain is the time I took to prepare the juice and cleaning the juicer. I had added more lettuce and spinach into my juice and the juice turn out to be a little more bitter than usual but I am still fine with the taste.
I had missed 2 of my cardio exercises as my legs can be kind of wobbly after my resistance training. Anyway it isn’t an excuse and I will make it up in the coming week.
I am currently weighing at 148.8lbs. I had lost a total of 11.8 lbs from the date of starting my 16 weeks challenge. (4.1lbs lost from the start of my 30 days challenge.)
