1. No time to exercise

One way to ensure that you can always exercise is to start small. Start by doing 5 sets of push up and do 5 reps each time. Slowly build up. Do it the first thing in the morning and you are done for the day.

2. Eating out with friends
There are so many temptations when you are eating out with friends. I choose to reduce meet up to ensure that my diet sticks. But you don’t have to become anti social due to your diet. Just choose the healthiest dish out of the meal you will be having. Eat to your fill and don’t guilty about it. Instead of eating the fries, grab that salad!

3. Lack of time for meal preparation
Creating simple meals recipe and eating the almost the same thing day in day out can help you to make your healthy eating habit stick. Most of the days I will be having fruits or I would be eating fish soup or chicken chop with salad. The meals I have are kinda repetitive. But it works! Morning breakfast don’t need to be complicated. Just boil up some half boiled eggs and go with some fruits. It take less then 10 minutes to prepare everything.

4. Do not know what plan to follow
Start reading Paleo Diet.

5. Lack of consistency
You create your own habit. Like what I mentioned earlier, start with small steps and stick to them. When you achieved them, level up and start increasing the difficulty to get better results. Eat healthy for breakfast, once you manage to do it consistently for 21 days, move on and work on your lunch.

6. Lack of support
Go out there to bodybuilding.com or even start chatting me up at HMS Facebook page. We can set up some support group to start working towards our goals together. That would be fun.

7. Lack of meal plan
No processed food. Period. Eat vegetables, fruits and meat. That’s all it takes. Anything that is out of the 3 categories I’ve mentioned is just something that you might want to take it out of your diet.

8. Giving in to cravings
Make sure you are eating sufficiently and feeling full. If you are starving yourself to lose weight, you will binge. Trust me.

9. Lack of motivation
Maybe you don’t care enough. But do remember that your body is your temple that you will stay in. Once you lose it, it will be gone.

10. Huge cost due to healthy eating
Yes, it is not going to be cheap. However, going to the doctor is more expensive. Choose one.

    I’ve always hated the “not enough time” excuse. Unless you literally spend 100 hours a week at your desk, then there will always be time to spend each day getting fit.

    I don’t think it has to be expensive to lose weight. Just exercise and eat the right food choices. You don’t have to spend too much. You just have to be consistent, persistent, and committed.

      Yes. I do agree. We really don’t have to spend that much money on weight loss. All it takes is to start eating right and start working out more.
