Personal Development Made Simple

simple things work

It has been 4 years since I have started writing at HMS. One important lesson that I had picked up is that personal development is about behavioral change.

To create different results, we need a different set of action. This means we need to do things differently or have positive habits that will be congruent with what we want to achieve.

All of these link back to behavioral change. If you think that personal development has been too complicated for you, take a step back and rethink how you should go about pursuing your personal growth.

Are you taking things too complicated?

If you are not seeing too much changes or growth, it may be you are making your personal growth journey too complicated instead of simplifying it.

To change your action, all it takes is to:

1. Take an action that will lead you to your goals.
2. Strive for consistency.
3. Cultivate a habit and repeat again for another new habit.

Don’t you think this way will help you to achieve much more significant change with lesser stress?
