12 Weeks Body Transformation Challenge

I have been considering about going through another fitness challenge and I just decided to quit thinking and just do it.

I did a 16 weeks challenge (2 or 3 years back) and a 7 days raw food trial previously and I think it is time for some new challenges. I also did some 21 days challenges (waking up early and exercising everyday) with great success due to the accountability factor that I created by publishing my challenge on the blog.

I want to recreate the success I had by replicating the accountability factor by documenting my fitness progress through a 12 weeks fitness program. Throughout this process, I will be able to share my knowledge and progress with my readers who are interested in working on their fitness and losing weight. I believe it will be pretty helpful. 🙂

Objective Of Challenge

What I am aiming for is body transformation to achieve six pack abs. I have successfully lost weight through my previous challenges but I find it hard to get past the stage where I am able to burn off enough fats to have clearly defined abs.

My greatest weakness is my diet. I have no problem exercising, but the issue is with my diet. I find it hard to stay away from carbs like rice, noodles and bread. I believe they are my weaknesses and I have to work hard on my diet if I want to succeed in this challenge.

I had already decided on the fitness program that I am going to go through in the 12 weeks challenge. It is time for me to go shopping for some key equipment that I need for my challenge.

There are still many details that I will need to work on before I am able to share it with you. But I will share with you my plan soon.

My updates on my 12 weeks body transformation challenge will be on every Thursday but I will do up a post on the details on what I am going to do on next Monday. I will also share some photos through my Facebook Page, so do remember to Like me on my Facebook page to receive the photo updates.
