An Hour A Day

an hour a day

Do you use the excuse that you do not have enough time to do something?

Saying that we are busy or we do not have enough time is a common excuse. The truth is we do not lack time but we lack priorities.

Getting our priorities right is the first thing that we can do to make time for something.

What is it that you want to achieve? Do you want to start writing a blog or a book? Do you want to create your first business? Do you want to learn a new language or skill? Or do you want to set up an exercise routine?

Think about what is it that you want to do and make it a priority.

Do you have an hour a day? You can simply start by working on it an hour a day. Be consistent and work on it every day without fail.

Working on something for just an hour a day is easy. It is a small change but don’t be surprised by the huge changes it will bring to your life.

Sometimes all it takes to have huge positive changes in your life is to start on something small. An hour a day is all you need to get started.

An hour a day is really all it takes, doesn’t it? Also, it would be better if you just limit yourself to that one hour when you are just starting. Do not be tempted to go beyond that. You can easily tire of what you’re doing when you do. It’s about consistency and quality, not quantity.

An hour a day would be a good start to any thing that we want to accomplish. I do agree with being consistent. I think it does help with everything that we want to do.
