People really need to learn that they are the only one that can motivate themselves. no body else can provide motivation. if you are provided incentives and you think that the incentives are not enough; then motivation may not take place. You have to recognize the importance of incentive awarded to you.

    • Motivation comes from within and I totally agree. It is hard to stay motivated when you do not have something meaningful to works toward to. This is why writing out the right goals (goals that inspire you) and reminding yourself of your goals is so important in helping us to maintain our motivation.
