Nice achievement. I have never run 10 miles before :) I don&#039;t really have a desire to. I prefer running 3 miles and then running as fast as I can.

Starting slow helps to build up the momentum and I agree that it usually tend to build up to longer distances. I made the mistake this time round and for the next run I will remember to start slow and slowly build up the momentum.

It&#039;s feel great to complete the 16KM marathon. Start training for the 21KM and our year end 42KM haha. I feel that start slow works well for me but I prefer to name it run at your own pace first and pick up the momentum along the way.

It&#039;s getting more and more exciting and interesting. :)
