    I wish I would be able to get to personally speak to Pat and rub shoulders with him. He’s a fine example of a smart online entrepreneur.

  2. Yes it is inspiring to hear about how some people manage to turn misfortune into a profitable business. Developing passive income is a great way to get a business started. Once you develop a stream of passive income, then it becomes very easy to keep expanding that stream.

    Another solid interview here from you, and it was cool to hear about Pat’s switch from architecture to putting out architecture-related products on his site, and then putting out passive income material on his other site. The interview series continues smoothly.
